We can exchange items in case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect size has been delivered.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it β€” with labels intact and undamaged in any way.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges cannot be processed without actual receipt of the item(s).

Emirates Industries will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

If you cannot visit our outlet for an exchange, you may ship the item to us at the address below. Please note, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipping cost.
